Ingredients
30 mL (1 oz) of light rum
30 mL (1 oz) of blue Curacao liqueur
30 mL (1 oz) of cream of coconut
60 mL (2 oz) of Oasis pineapple juice
250 mL (1 cup) of crushed ice
1 pineapple wedge
1 maraschino cherry
Preparation
- In a blender, combine light rum, blue Curacao, Oasis pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 1 cup crushed ice.
- Puree until smooth.
- Pour into chilled highball glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
