Ingredients
125 mL (1/2 cup) of white rum
250 mL (1 cup) of Oasis pineapple juice
125 mL (1/2 cup) of club soda
15 mL (1 tablespoon) of lime juice
8 large fresh mint leaves
30 mL (2 tablespoons) simple syrup
500 mL (2 cups) of ice cubes
1 Pineapple wedge
Preparation
- In a skaker, muddle the mint leaves and lime juice.
- Add rum and Oasis pineapple juice.
- Shake for 10 seconds.
- Place ice into 2 glasses.
- Strain into each glass and top with 1/4 cup of club soda.
- Garnish with pineapple wedges and/or fresh mint.
