Ingredients
60 mL (2 oz) of light rum
45 mL (1 1/2 oz) of Oasis pineapple juice
45 mL (1 1/2 oz) of cream of coconut
15 mL (1/2 oz) lime juice
250 mL (1 cup) of crushed ice
1 pineapple wedge
Preparation
- In a shaker, add the rum, Oasis pineapple juice, lime juice, cream of coconut and 1/2 cup of crushed ice.
- Shake for 20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled Hurricane glass over 1/2 cup of crushed ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
