500 mL (2 cups) Oasis Smoothie Green activ
500 mL (2 cups) packed baby spinach
125 mL (1/2 cup) finely diced mango
125 mL (1/2 cup) finely diced pineapple
75 mL (1/3 cup) unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted
- In food processor, purée SmoOthie with spinach until smooth.
- Evenly divide diced mango and pineapple among 10 frozen bar molds; pour in Smoothie mixture.
- Stir gently with wooden skewer to distribute fruit. Sprinkle evenly with toasted coconut.
- Freeze for about 6 hours or until firm.
