Ingredients

4 bananas

1 cup (250 mL) vanilla Greek yogurt

1 1/3 cups (325 mL) sliced strawberries

1/2 cup (125 mL) granola

1/4 cup (60 mL) toasted desiccated unsweetened coconut

1/4 cup (60 mL) honey

Preparation

  1. Split each banana lengthwise and place in serving dish.
  2. Top with dollops of yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle with strawberries, granola and coconut.
  4. Drizzle honey over top.
Tip

For added indulgence, sprinkle with dark chocolate chips or drizzle with caramel.
