Ingredients

3 1/2 cups (875 mL) chopped watermelon, divided
2 cups (500 mL) frozen strawberries
1 cup (250 mL) Oasis® Green activ
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup (60 mL) packed fresh mint leaves
1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes
4 fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 tsp (2 mL) black sesame seeds
Small fresh mint leaves, to garnish

Preparation

  1. In blender, combine 3 cups (750 mL) watermelon, frozen strawberries, Oasis® Green Energy, banana, mint leaves and ice until blended.
  2. Divide among 4 bowls. Top each with remaining watermelon, fresh strawberries and sesame seeds; garnish with mint leaves.
