Ingredients

250 ml (1 cup) flour
15 ml (1 tbsp) sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 eggs
375 ml (1 1/2 cups) milk
10 ml (2 tsp) vanilla extract
15 ml (1 tbsp) melted butter

Preparation

  1. Combine flour, sugar and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the eggs and the milk, then whisk, then add the vanilla and the melted butter, mix everything!
  3. Cook a small amount at a time on a hot pan with a little oil.
