Ingredients
45 mL (1 1/2 oz) gin
Prosecco or Champagne
15 mL (1/2 oz) Oasis orange juice
7.5 mL (1/4 oz) lemon juice
15 mL (1/2 oz) simple syrup
Preparation
- Combine gin, orange juice, simple syrup, lemon juice and ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
- Top with Champagne or Prosecco.
