25ml of dry gin
25ml of cherry brandy
25ml of Benedictine
3-4 drops of Campari
50ml of Oasis pineapple juice
25ml of lime juice
1 cup of ice cubes
1 pineapple wedge
1 cocktail cherry
- In a mixing glass, pour the gin, cherry brandy and Benedictine.
- Add the ice cubes and Campari bitter.
- Stir until the glass feels cold. Pour the mix into a tall glass.
- Add the Oasis pineapple juice and lime juice. Stir gently.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Add pineapple wedge and cherry to garnish.
