Ingredients
750 mL (1 bottle) of chilled rosé wine
80 mL (3 oz) of Triple Sec
250 mL (1 cup) of grapefruit juice
Club Soda
500 mL (2 cups) of sliced strawberries
75 mL (1/3 cup) of raspberries (or blueberries)
1 sliced orange
1 sliced lime
1 handful of mint leaves
15 mL (2 tablespoons) of sugar
Preparation
- Add strawberries and sugar to a large pitcher and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Lightly crush strawberries.
- Squeeze the juice of half an orange over the strawberries.
- Stir in remaining fruit.
- Pour in the rosé wine, triple sec and grapefruit juice.
- Add mint and mix.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Pour sangria into a glass and top up with Club soda to taste.
