Ingredients
25 mL (0.85 oz) of dry gin
25 mL (0.85 oz) of cherry brandy
25 mL (0.85 oz) of Benedictine
3-4 drops of Campari
50 mL (1.7 oz) of Oasis pineapple juice
25 mL (0.85 oz) of lime juice
Sparkling water
250 mL (1 cup) of ice cubes
1 pineapple wedge
1 cocktail cherry
Preparation
- In a mixing glass, pour the gin, cherry brandy and Benedictine.
- Add the ice cubes and Campari bitter.
- Stir until the glass feels cold. Pour the mix into a tall glass.
- Add the Oasis pineapple juice and lime juice. Stir gently.
- Top up with sparkling water.
- Add pineapple wedge and cherry to garnish.
