2 cups (500 mL) sliced strawberries
1/2 cup (125 mL) Oasis Orange Juice – NO PULP, divided
2 tbsp (30 mL) agave or maple syrup
4 tsp (20 mL) cornstarch
1 cup (250 mL) vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup (250 mL) granola
- In saucepan, combine strawberries, half of the juice, and syrup over medium-high heat; bring to boil. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring often, until strawberries are tender.
- Whisk cornstarch with remaining juice until smooth; stir into strawberry mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until thickened. Let cool completely.
- Layer half of the strawberry compote, yogurt and granola in 4 parfait glasses; repeat layers once.
