Ingredients

1-2 lbs. (454-907 g) shrimp, shelled & deveined
1 tsp. (5 mL) butter or margarine
1-14 oz. can (398 mL) diced tomatoes with green chilles and lime juice
1/2 cup (125 mL) onion, diced
1/4 cup (60 mL) green pepper, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
1/2 tsp. (2.5 mL) prepared yellow mustard
1/3 cup (80 mL) Oasis 100% Pure Orange Juice
2 tsp. (10 mL) worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. (5 mL) garlic salt

This recipe is sure to become a family favourite!

Preparation

  1. Wash and dry shrimp.
  2. On medium high heat, sear shrimp in dry, non-stick pan.
  3. Add butter, onion, green pepper and celery.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Turn pan to low.
  6. Add tomatoes, mustard, Oasis 100% Pure Orange Juice, worcestershire sauce and garlic salt.
  7. Cook an additional 5-6 minutes.
  8. Serve over rice or pasta.
