Ingredients
3/4 cup (175 mL) Oasis Pineapple Juice
4 Tbsp. (60 mL) vinegar (white or rice)
3 1/2 Tbsp. (50 mL) brown sugar
1 Tbsp. (15 mL) cornstarch (mixed with 4 tbsp (60 mL) water)
This sauce is easy to make and delicious served over chicken or pork, or use it as a dipping sauce for egg rolls or spring rolls.
Preparation
- In a saucepan, bring Oasis Pineapple Juice, vinegar and brown sugar to a boil over high heat, stirring to dissolve sugar.
- Add cornstarch mixture, stirring quickly to thicken.
- Serve hot.
