Ingredients

1 ounce of light rum
1 ounce of blue Curacao liqueur
1 ounce of cream of coconut
2 ounces of Oasis pineapple juice
1 cup of crushed ice
1 cup of crushed ice
1 pineapple wedge
1 maraschino cherry

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine light rum, blue Curacao, Oasis pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and 1 cup crushed ice.
  2. Puree until smooth.
  3. Pour into chilled highball glass.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
