The only crêpe recipe you’ll ever need
Here’s a classic for those big holiday breakfasts when it’s “just us”, or when everybody shares the moment via screens.
(Yup, both in both instances, you can host in your pajamas!) From near or far, these crêpes (or super thin pancakes) will bring big smiles all around, and our Oasis apple juice is sure to be a perfect easy sidekick.
Classic thin pancakes
Ingredients you’ll need:
250 ml (1 cup) flour
15 ml (1 tbsp) sugar
1 pinch of salt
375 ml (1 1/2 cups) milk
10 ml (2 tsp vanilla extract
15 ml (1 tbsp) melted butter
Combine flour, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Add the eggs and the milk, then whisk, then add the vanilla and the melted butter, mix everything!
Cook a small amount at a time on a hot pan with a little oil.
Now, whether it’s a sweet tête-à-tête or a big on-screen get-together with the in-laws, invite your guest(s) to make these pancakes and to garnish them in the most decadent or original way!
