Ingredients

750 mL (1 bottle) of dry white wine
500 mL (2 cups) of Oasis apple juice
Juice of half a lemon
60 mL (¼ cup) brandy, apricot, apple or pear flavored
250 mL (1 cup) sparkling water or club soda
1 pinch of cinnamon
Honey or sugar to taste
A few handfuls of ice

Add-ons to kick things up a notch:

1 apple cut into strips
125 mL (½ cup) pomegranate seeds
Big cinnamon sticks

Preparation

  1. In a large pitcher, combine wine, Oasis apple juice, brandy, and the optional ingredients of your liking. Taste and add a few tablespoons of honey or sugar if needed. If you have time, put the pitcher in the fridge for at least 3 hours to let the flavors blend. If you’re pressed for time, no worries, your sangria will be delicious right away.
  2. Just before serving, add some ice and a bit of sparkling water to each glass, and garnish with a cinnamon stick

Ah yes. Take your sweet time, choose your favorite glass, and savour every last drop. Now, that’s enjoying the present moment

Tip

Let’s start with the basic seasonal flavors; apple + cinnamon! Choose the dry white wine of your choice, your favorite Oasis apple juice and make yourself a batch of this fall delight, a real treat to sip!
