Ideal to create a bridge between workday and night time, an evening practice allows us to evacuate stress and enter a more positive mindset. Here are Eve’s recommendations for a beneficial yoga session that will undoubtedly make you feel your best:

  1. Prioritize forward spine extension and soft hips stretching
  2. Slow down your practice
  3. Take long, deep breaths
  4. Settle in your postures and deepen them
  5. Opt for grounded poses that will allow you to stay mindful

This ritual allows me to let go of accumulated stress and enter the night, feeling more peaceful and positive.
