No summer is complete without the creamy, tropical taste of a Piña Colada.
The Virgin Piña Colada Smoothie is a creamier, thicker, chunkier version of the classic cocktail and it doesn’t contain alcohol. Give this very easy recipe a try and tell us how you like it or how you would improve it even more!
Makes 4 servings
1/2 cup (125 mL) of fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup (250 mL) of OASIS pineapple juice
1 cup (250 mL) of coconut milk
1/2 cup (125 mL) of ice cubes
4 teaspoons (20 mL) of honey
Pineapple wedges (as optional garnish)
Maraschino cherries with stems (as optional garnish)
Throw all ingredients except garnish into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a tall glass and, if desired, garnish with a pineapple wedge or top with a maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
