Avocado, Matcha and Tropical Fruit Smoothie Bowl

2 cups (500 mL) baby spinach
2 cups (500 mL) Oasis® Pineapple Banana Coconut
2 ripe avocados, halved, pitted, peeled and divided
1/2 cup (125 mL) quick-cooking oats
2 tsp (10 mL) matcha powder
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
1/4 tsp (1 mL) ground cinnamon
1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes
1 mango, sliced
1/4 cup (60 mL) toasted pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup (60 mL) toasted coconut


  1. In blender, combine spinach, Oasis® Pineapple Banana Coconut, 1 avocado, oats, matcha, vanilla, cinnamon and ice cubes until blended.
  2. Divide among 4 bowls. Slice remaining avocado. Top each bowl with avocado slices, mango slices, pumpkin seeds and coconut. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
